These Terms of Service apply to your use of crunchclub.shop (the "Site"), operated by The Crunch Club ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Products

We try to show product colors and details as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly from photos depending on your screen and from batch to batch. Our products are novelty and fidget toys. Use them as intended and supervise young children, since small parts may be a choking hazard.

3. Pricing and orders

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain a pricing error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

6. Discount codes

Discount codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.

7. Content

All text, images, and branding on the Site belong to The Crunch Club or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, The Crunch Club isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using our Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
